Q: How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to monitor the shipment of your order. 

 

Q: Can I return/exchange something if I am dissatisfied?

ShakaOhm’s merchandise is created on a seasonal basis. Our colors and styling will change to reflect the latest trends and fashions. Q: Do I have to pay sales tax on internet orders?

As is the case with all e-commerce sites, it depends on your location and the states in which the retailer has a presence. The shopping cart will automatically calculate and apply sales tax where necessary.
