What Items Are Returnable?

Our return policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

What Items Are NOT Returnable?

- Items marked as final sale
- Customized styles
- Free gifts or promotional items with no retail value

Do you allow product exchanges?
If you need another size or don’t prefer the color, let us make it right for you! We can certainly help you with an exchange. Our policy for exchanges is the same as for returns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Yoga Mat Exchanges

We only exchange mats if they are defective or damaged. 

 

Return Shipping

When a return shipment is processed, we will provide you with a return label. If the original shipment packaging is not available, please let us know. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
